Monitoring -
We are monitoring outages affecting multiple partners due to an ongoing AWS incident (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status ) with their US1 Region. AWS has confirmed EC2 is impacted as well.
Nektar's core is not currently affected as it runs on a different cloud service provider but functions like email sending (notifications, etc.), SMS (including two factor authentication) and the support chat widget are being affected to various degrees.
We will continue monitoring the situation and provide updates as they become available.
